Welcome to I-MAXIMUM

Advanced Gas Mixing Systems for Industry

I-maximum specialises in advanced gas mixing systems, gas stabilisation systems, and decarbonisation solutions for industrial applications. Our systems include vaporisation of CO2, LPG and propane, biomethane enrichment, and SNG backup supply.Furthermore, we provide professional energy analytics to quantify the Dnancial beneDts of each solution - including full OPEX calculations and energy performance assessments.

Our offer goes beyond engineering and construction. We deliver complete, professional service and maintenance support throughout the entire lifecycle of every gas mixing system.

As a group of specialised companies, we focus on innovative solutions in SNG, biomethane, LPG and CO2 technologies. Additionally, we continuously invest in research and development to deliver products that exceed our clients’ expectations.

We manage the entire investment process - from site concept and process flow diagrams through to commissioning and handover. Every gas mixing system is tailored to the client’s speciDc needs. Moreover, our experience comes  completed installations involving LPG, CO2 and other industrial gases across Europe.

Gas mixing systems

Industrial Applications

I‑MAXIMUM designs and manufactures precision gas mixing systems for a wide range of industrial applications - from gas backup supply and biomethane enrichment to hydrogen blending and decarbonisation. All systems are PED compliant and comply with European standards for gas quality and safety.

Backup gas supply - SNG (propane‑air) mixing

On-site production of Synthetic NaturalGas (SNG) from LPG (propane) and air, calibrated to achieve the Wobbe Index equivalent of natural gas. As a result, this gas mixing system allows seamless switchover from NG to SNG backup supply without burner replacement or process reconfiguration.

Output capacity: 100 to 12,000 Nm³/h

Biomethane conditioning - biomethane‑propane enrichment

Precision mixing system for conditioning raw biomethane by controlled propane injection, raising calorific value and Wobbe Index to grid specification with real-time monitoring and automated PID control.

Output capacity: 100 to 8,000 Nm³/h

Biomethane-Nitrogen (N2) Blending - Calorific Value Reduction System

Gas blending systems for precise reduction of biomethane or natural gas caloriDc value by controlled nitrogen injection. Applied where end-use appliances require lower-energy gas (L-gas specifcation), or where gas quality must be adjusted to match specifc process requirements.

Application: L‑gas specification

Industrial Hydrogen-Natural Gas Mixing and Control System

Advanced blending systems for controlled injection of hydrogen (H2) into natural gas streams. This enables progressive decarbonisation of industrial gas supply. SpeciDcally, the system is designed for stable, safe operation in ATEX zones, with real-time gas quality measurement and automated ratio control.

Zone rating: ATEX

Advanced gas vaporization for industrial applications

I‑MAXIMUM designs and manufactures precision gas mixing systems for a wide range of industrial applications - from gas backup supply and biomethane enrichment to hydrogen blending and decarbonisation. All systems are PED compliant and comply with European standards for gas quality and safety.

Water Bath Vaporizers for Carbon Dioxide (CO2)

Our Water Bath CO2 Vaporizer operates reliably in sub-zero conditions, including night-time operation at temperatures as low as −20°C. Furthermore, electrical energy consumption remains minimal - not exceeding 20 kW. The system includes a pressure safety system preventing dry ice formation below the CO2 triple point (5.18 bar / −78.5°C).

LPG Vaporizers - Water Bath Gas, No Open Flame

Our water-bath LPG vaporizers require no open Kame. Therefore, they are the ideal solution where autonomy and rapid commissioning are required. Electrical power consumption does not exceed 1.5 kW. Supplied with CE certiDcation, suitable for outdoor installation.

Containerised Water Heating System with Gas-Fired Boiler

An integrated water heating system with a gas-Dred boiler (LPG or natural gas), designed for sub-zero operating conditions down to −20°C. This system is the preferred solution where electrical power availability is limited — for example, as a heating circuit for a CO2 or LPG water bath vaporizer. Moreover, the containerised conDguration enables rapid deployment on-site.
